Like all interior-ripened semi-soft cheeses, Muenster has a very thin rind.
Coated with bright orange colouring; it has a yellow interior; firm,
silky-smooth texture; and a mild and savory taste. It is a superb sandwich and
snack cheese.
Wine Pairings: Alsatian Gewürztraminer, Beaujolais, Zinfandel. Most white
wines.
