The white crust is smooth, creamy and springy. Salty, but not too salty, and pungent, with a dry feel in the mouth, it has an underlying sweetness due to the sheep's milk. This cheese can be sliced and added to your favourite appetizer tray. Often used for making Saganaki. Product of Greece.
