Fourme D'ambert is a classic French blue that has been made for over a
thousand years. This slightly salty, smokey cow's milk cheese is produced in the
northern Massif Central region at higher altitude. The cheese is generally aloud
to ripen for up to five months and has a creamy texture that beautifully matches
it's pronounced taste.
