This hand-made hard, unpasteurized cow’s milk cheese has a mild,
full-flavoured sweet almost fruity taste to it. The cheese is covered in a
natural rind, looking somewhat like granite. This cheese is made from the whole,
raw milk of 170 Holsteins on the fourth-generation family farm in beautiful
Lincolnshire Wolds. With its earthy and citrus overtones, this cheese is most
