Snøfrisk (fresh snow) is a perfectly white spreadable cream cheese made from 80 percent goat's milk and 20 percent cow's milk. A Norwegian cheese, it was launched at the Olympic Games in Lillehammer in 1994. A mild cheese with a fresh but tangy taste, it is ideal for cheesecakes and dips, perfect for cheeseboards, and great in sandwiches, on crispbread, on crackers or served as an hors-d'oeuvre.
