A rindless cheese of Greek origin, Feta has a white body, usually without
openings, that is soft and fine in texture; as well as a distinct flavour:
salty, tangy, somewhat spicy, and quite pronounced. Stored in brine, it keeps
well for long periods. Enjoyable as a snack on its own, it is ideal for use in
salads, casseroles and crumbling over vegetables. It is also great in dips and
