Simimilar to cheddar, Dubliner is matured for at least one year and is full-flavoured and lightly spiced. With a slightly crumbly texture, this cheese has a sweet aftertaste. This cheese is best described as a cross between a cave-aged Swiss and a quality Parmesan, such as Parmigiano Reggiano. Produced by Kerrygold, this cheese boasts a smooth nutty flavour and slightly sweet aftertaste.
