Cambozola is a triple-cream, soft, surface-ripened, blue-veined cheese, produced in Germany, soft and white, with splotches of blue mould, and an outer rind of appetizing white mould. It has a creamy, mellow, piquant flavour. Its spreadable consistency makes it very popular as a cocktail cheese, on crackers or rounds of firm pumpernickel.
