This is a full-strength Danish Blue Cheese which differs from other cheeses
mostly because it is made with homogenized milk giving it a rich taste. This
cheese has a sharp, salty bite followed with a creamy texture, veined with
Blue-black mold. Danish Blue, also called Danablu, is a semi-soft cheese used
for spreading, slicing or crumbling.
