Shipping and Delivery
Please note that shipping to destinations outside of Canada can be difficult and unreliable. Transit times are usually longer to US destinations and warmer weather can limit our ability to guarantee product arriving in optimal condition. Please be aware of this when booking your orders.
With the exception of our gift line, Springbank Cheese products can be shipped to addresses anywhere in Canada. Gift purchases made by Canadian buyers, sent as an unsolicited gift, can be shipped to most other countries.
Delivery arrangements will be made by Springbank Cheese, using the best available method, given the nature of the product and delivery destination. Springbank Cheese guarantees that products will be delivered in good condition.
Flat Rate Shipping Rates are based on MOST serviceable areas of Canada. In some special circumstances we may be required to contact you to make alternative shipping arrangements to geographical locations outside of our normal delivery routine. Please note, that in certain instances, we may also be required to charge additional shipping fees if you reside in a hard to reach area (i.e., boat or air access only). Credits and Returns
If, for any reason, you are not happy with a product ordered, please notify us immediately and we will make return arrangements, if appropriate. In such a case, credit will be posted to your account for future purchases.
