  • 2 Large Heirloom Tomatoes
  • 1 Ball Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Maldon Flakey Sea Salt
  • 10- 15 Basil Leaves
  • Freshly Cracked Pepper

Buy Mozzarella or the suggested alternative, Burrata


  • Slice your tomatoes into ¼” slices. In a bowl, drizzle enough olive oil to coat the tomatoes, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Tear apart your mozzarella by hand into bite sized pieces. Set aside.
  • On a large plate, casually arrange the marinated tomatoes, torn mozzarella and basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil, a pinch of flakey salt and a sprinkle of freshly cracked pepper.
  • Enjoy at room temperature.
